By accessing or using PayQR, you agree to be bound by these terms. Please read them carefully before using our UPI QR code generation service.

1. Service Description

PayQR provides a UPI QR code generation service. QR codes generated through our free tool are created in real-time on the client side and are not stored on our servers. Registered users receive a dynamic QR link stored in our system for payment processing.

2. Subscriptions & Payments

Monthly subscriptions at ₹100/month, Yearly at ₹1,000/year, and Lifetime at ₹2,000 are one-time or recurring as specified. All payments are non-refundable as stated in our Refund Policy. We reserve the right to change pricing with prior notice to existing subscribers.

3. Prohibited Uses

You may not use our service to generate QR codes for illegal, fraudulent, or malicious purposes including but not limited to phishing, malware distribution, or any activity that violates applicable laws in India.

4. Limitation of Liability

PayQR is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our QR code generation service, including but not limited to payment failures or scanning issues.
